Geoff Isenman accepted the position of Director of Corporate Development at The New York Times Company in 2008. In his role with the company, Mr. Isenman works on strategic initiatives and financial transactions for assets including About.com and The New York Times.

Geoff Isenman graduated from the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics with a minor in Psychology. A cum laude graduate, Mr. Isenman completed his studies in May 1999.

While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Geoff Isenman worked as a Junior Publicist for Allied Advertising in Philadelphia. In 2000, he accepted a role in New York as a Film Scout for Franklin & Siegal Associates. Two years later, he was hired by Tribeca Productions, where he worked to develop and finance film and television projects.

Before joining the corporate development group at the New York Times Company, Geoff Isenman earned an MBA from Columbia Business School. During his time at the New York City-based school, he led a project team consulting with a non-profit investment fund focused on the media space.

An international traveler, Geoff Isenman most recently visited China, Argentina, Hungary, and Croatia. When not working or traveling, Mr. Isenman enjoys reading, hiking and cooking.
